Call by-laws on them. I have no patience for that either. If you have one of these, it's part of the deal that you have to store it somewhere that isn't on the street.

And before the "just talk to your neighbour" crowd comes in...nah. No point in straining and already strained relationship with someone when you've invested in a 1/2 million+ property. I'm not feeling uncomfortable mowing my lawn because I got into an argument with a lazy, selfish neighbour.
