I was thinking, of the stuff you have on RAID --- how much of it is vital, and hard to find? How long would it take to download, and replace?
ex; 10TB @ 500mbps, is just a couple days.

There's an opportunity cost here; in being able to maximize that ~48TB of space, less your vitals (2 TB?), keep an active catalog, and just roll the dice?
