Most of the time you’re goalie is only as good as the team. Just look at Campbell, Talbot, Andersen to a point (did well in Carolina over Toronto).
I think Gibson’s numbers would return to where he used to be when put on a competent team and not going through a rebuild. The Ducks probably view him as expendable with Dostal in the fold.
