Was just planning to use my PS3 and maybe upgrade to a PS4...though it hadn't occurred to me until just now that my laptop might actually work (or more likely my wife's new Macbook Pro). Looks like there might be a few hoops to make it work on Mac but it's probably the simplest/cheapest way to get a newer F1 game.
