Absolutely, but its also important to acknowledge that depending on the business in question that flexibility could be somewhat limited.
Sometimes people have to be there together, or when associated companies are operating.
I've said this many times in various threads, but the very new landscape of being able to work from home is going to hit some potholes until we get a system that works for the majority of people.
