Bicycle Thieves and Rashomon are in my top 20 films of all time. Please do yourself a favor and start there. Bicycle Thieves is a great example of the neo-realism movement, and Rashomon is a triumph of storytelling by Kurosawa.
Quite surprised at not seeing the DeNiro trio (Godfathers and Deer Hunter). I'd go with those after that.
Cool Hand Luke is a classic "cool" film. Not much in terms of plot, but lots of great character work and classic scenes. Paul Newman is just lovable no matter who he plays. Probably didn't age well, but I still love it.
The rest I'd watch if you're particularly interested in the synopsis. 8 1/2 is regarded highly, but it's not my particularly favorite style of film.
Edit: ugh..I'm stupid. I just realized these are the ones you watched already. I stand by my comments for anyone else who hasn't seen these.
