Vader and Obi-Wan are such mirror images.

Vader looking for that confrontation and using whatever is around him to bring it about by ruthless murder.

Obi fleeing from Vader. Part of it doesn't want to fight his former brother. Maybe what Padme said before her death was bouncing around in his dead. Vader hungering for the fight.

Yeah, Obi-Wan has PTSD, its pretty clear, But think of the trauma that Anakin is suffering from. Burned all over loss of limbs, dead wife. Feeling that he was betrayed and lied to and manipulated by the Jedi "In my mind the Jedi are evil".

I'm almost hoping that we get a cameo from Palpatine talking to Vader

"Then Master I snapped a kid's neck and terrified a village to draw him out"

Palpatine - "Um, ok, I mean the villagers are meaningless, but seriously"

Vader - "Then I beat the crap out of Obi-Wan and threw him in a fire to feel my pain, then he got away so I can make him keep suffering"

Palpatine - "Um you know you have other jobs to do, and we do have a budget here, how about you just cut him in half and move on"
