That was one of the all-time best goaltending performances in that series. Had the Flames not been on top of their game and pushing as hard as they were it would have been over in Round 1.
What do think Darryl could have done to help them score more on a goalie they were already smashing with shots and chances? "Setting up the play!!!!...?"

I would give him a passing C on that series. He survived but the flames were stuck playing Dallas game a big chunk of time in that series.
He was exposed in the next series. He stubbornly took it after the Oilers figured out how to beat them.
