Yes. Not only does Brad have to find a way to retain all the star players but he needs to add in my opinion.
Clear lack of 2nd line center and even another top pairing, true #1 D would be really helpful as well. No use signing Gaudreau and Tkachuk to huge cap munching deals and then just get worse from attrition.
To win the cup at some point they need the talent and depth to get past teams like Colorado and Edmonton, maybe Vegas and whoever else. They're close but a couple adds would put this team on another level.
Or they lose Gaudreau and in that case **** it I'm checking out, I don't have the time to sit through another 2010-2014ish era of pain. we'll see.
