I really believe this was the year, its not panned out and now the GM is essentially stuffed. His own fault he has put himself in this position and whatever happens next years team is going to be way weaker than this years. I have no problem him giving out big rises to those who he wants to keep but the big problem will be they will come with NMC and NTC that will potentially stuff the team further down line ala Iggy. I do not want another 8 years of being a middling team. How is it other teams manage to win and then come back and are challenging again within a few years. We pay out to the Cap yet are cannot even get close too Stanley. If its not working then change it up.
