I’m questioning Rupp’s contention that “Calgary won’t be able to match”.
It isn’t 2001. This has been a cap team virtually every year there’s been a cap.
So if someone wants to offer Johnny $14m, I guess we have to walk away.
But they won’t lose him because they can’t afford him.
