If Flames don't want to rebuild but retool, this is the year they could do some big changes to change this roster and get back to the playoffs next year.
I would trade Tkachuk, Kylington for some good prospects or draft pick.
If Toffoli doesn't want to be here trade him too.
Re-sign Gaudreau, Mangiapane and Gudbradson.
Re-sign Zadorov if he wants back.
Give Monahan and Lucic last chance and trade them at Trade Deadline if they are not good.
Give Ruzicka, Valimaki and Mackey /and couple AHL guys/ more chance this year.
No more Ritchie and Stone. Re-sign Lewis if the league minimum and 13th forward.
