Its all about Johnny. His decision will dictate the appropriate strategy. I'm 50/50 on whether he will stay. If he does leave you are definitely in a significant overhaul, and this build of the team is pretty much over, its might be time to re-do the whole thing. I don't see anyone else the team can build around if he walks.
