For my perspective, never felt the Flames were very good within the playoffs.
Stars series was difficult to watch and it could of easily went the other way.
Oilers series, Edmonton were by far the better team....
Calgary seemed to lack defensive awareness and looked like they were running around...
Edmonton had chance after chance....
Flames top line were not very good within the playoffs.... take away the 1st game against Edmonton which looked like a preseason game... and its a tough series.
Backlund's line were the best forwards within the Flames, I thought they played extremely well....
Markstrom my best guess played too many minutes during the season and was not sharp.
It will be an interesting summer, as I am still convinced that the top players within Flames just seem to struggle in the playoffs
Of course Tavev is the Flames mvp
