The problem is none of that has come up since the 1st period of game 2, but the secondary scoring has stepped up with 2 or 3 goals in the series.
The problem has been keeping the puck out of the net. They've averaged 5 goals against per game in this series...that's a far cry from how they played all year. Brutal mistakes and defensive breakdowns that were easily exposed by McDavid led us to this point. This is very uncharacteristic of the Flames and is the single biggest reason why I believe this team will win the series. They've finally adapted to Edmonton's attack and will play their game the rest of the way.

Jesus Christ, you're dramatic.
Mang and Toffoli have 1 goal each this series and 2 in 11 games.
I'll give you Coleman got 2 in game 1, but also 2 in 11 games.
Dube, 0, Jarnkrok 0.
Focusing on this series alone, that's 4 goals from those 5 players.
Hyman has 5 goals himself.
Zack Hyman has as many goals in this series as our middle 6 forwards combined!!
But no, that's not an issue...
Keeping the puck out has also been an issue, I never said it wasn't and these 2 things aren't mutually exclusive.
Ritchie scoring 2 is fantastic, the 4th line was never the target of my comment.
