My sister lives in my late parent's home. It was full to the brim when she moved in. It's an older two story home, full basement, completely full of junk. Needless to say we are not very close, and I don't know how to do anything, or even if I can in order to address this situation. She's six years older than me and the house is way too much for one person at the best of times. It's a shame, because I drive by it once in awhile and it just looks more and more shabby every time.
