They had to call it a charge because it clearly wasn't interference. 5 minutes was total BS. It even looked to me like Lucic covered over Smith so he wouldn't get piled on. And then Smith embellished by holding his head (which IMO cause the protocol action). I wonder if Lucic knew he'd get 5 and a game if he'd have gotten more of his moneys worth on that hit
