I was asked, on this board, why I, a Chicago fan, HATE the Oil. Well, picture this hit happening in the 80's, on a #99 instead of a #97. Then your team would have to do a 5 on 3 PK, because those goons would rough up whoever hit their superstar, and they'd still end up with a 2-man advantage, one for hitting the golden child, and an extra roughing call while defending yourself. Then, somewhere along the game, Hunter or Semenko would take a run at your best players. The way the league protects these pretty boys is infuriating!
