The Flames are filled with greasy goons who will try to get our skilled players to retaliate but hopefully the Oilers have learned to leave the Flames to turtle in the corner and stay out of the box. We don't need Kane sitting for five with Lucic because that's 5 minutes Lucic is unavailable to make horrible passes and turnovers. Oilers in 6 because the Flames will squeak some goals through our leaky goaltending. If we swapped the goalies it'd be a sweep.

You do realize the Stars were Stanley Cup finalists in 2020 right and since then all they've done is kept roughly the same core plus added a 40 goal scorer and a franchise goalie who stood on his head?
I don't think anybody really gave the Stars enough credit despite their past playoff success. They play playoff style hockey, even better than the Flames IMO. This was a team that was one goal away from eliminating the eventual Stanley Cup winning Blues.
The Oilers on the other hand, I'm not completely sold on in the playoffs. I think they were in better shape back in 2017 when they were a big heavy team like the Flames of today. The Oilers were 3-0 vs the Kings in the regular season, but just squeaked by the Kings in the post season.
If it wasn't for McDavid's superhuman heroics, the Oilers may have actually lost to the extremely green LA Kings. Personally, I think in the end, the Oilers' depth and smallish defense will have a problem vs the Flames. Against Dallas, Calgary had a really hard time generating against the Stars' bigger defensemen and I wonder if the Oilers end up having a similarly difficult time against the heavy Flames' D.
