Here's what it says on his CapFriendly page:

UNCONFIRMED: Maximum entry-level contract assumed for the time being, details will be updated when they have been confirmed

So it is, in fact, the best coin he can be paid – IF he's getting paid that much. We don't actually have the numbers yet.

We do know he can't be getting more than $925,000 or less than $750,000 on an ELC.
