I think one of the things I like so much about listening to Sutter's interviews is the insights provided into how he operates like a teacher with his players. He seems like a coach in the truest sense of the word, not just drawing up plans but really developing his players in all facets of what it takes for them to succeed.

I would be interested to learn about why the people around LA say that many of their players hate him so much. He seems tough but fair.
