Isn’t the rule to not spew everything that’s on your mind in the heat of the moment? Seems to be the case when your name is attached and your reputation is on the line. The veil of anonymity invites people to remove their filter and say everything that comes to mind all the time. Maybe seeing your collective comments when they’re not scattered amongst several hundred others could be a revelation. If your like this when your out with your pals, they probably find you insufferable, but it’s the internet, so let ‘er rip? Seems odd.

I think there's a distiction to be made here... someone making an occassional dumb comment, coming from a place of emotional angst, during a difficult moment... vs a person habitually making dumb comments and bashing the team on a regular basis. Two very different things, IMO. But, it seems, the board is unlikely to distinguinsh between the two.
