Just came across this thread on Reddit where a father of a staff member at the Saddledome made this plea:

Made me a little sick to my stomach reading that but it sounds like this isnt an isolated case as a few more are coming forward with their own experiences.

Can confirm. Been working the flames games for a few weeks and we have a couple teenagers that work with us. One is 16 and literally has to yell it at old men more than once sometimes so they'll stop being greasy. Disgusting.

My daughter worked the Roughnecks games a few years back and quit after one season. “Come for the party, stay for the game” mentality bring out the worst in the neanderthals! I can only imagine what the Flames games are like, with the extra entitlement some guys feel they have due to the pricier tickets.

Guys, I know the Dome can be electric when we're winning in the playoffs but if you're guilty of this, stop this crap and if you see this happening, call them out on it
