I think the "Let's go Fla-ames" chant is a good change of pace. It's followed by a clap clap clap-clap-clap which lets fans preserve their stamina and rest their voice. This lets fans go longer and harder.
"Go Flames Go" is way more powerful, but it's so strong and intense that fans often don't last that long.
The trick to a good chant is a mix of pulsating power along with periods of gentler, sustained rhythm that lets you save up for a big finishing climax at the end.
