I really don't get Russian thinking on Snake island. After the first set of troops gets bombed to hell they gotta have realized they were zeroed in by artillery with no room to escape on the island if they were attack again. Yet they keep dropping troops off, losing ships and transport helicopters, almost like they forgot the guns were pointed at them in the first place.
