I’ve been a die hard flames fan since they came to Calgary, there’s only 2 possible outcomes of this series, flames win in 6 or they lose in 5, 6 or 7. Unfortunately over the last 40+ years watching this team, we’ve ended up on the losing end of playoff series more often than not. I don’t know what it is, but it doesn’t matter what incarnation of the team it is, we just seem to always fall short of expectations when it matters most. Why is that? I have no idea, but with the season this group has put together, it just doesn’t seem right that losing in the first round is the proper outcome. Therefore I will continue to cheer for my team and continue to believe that this is the year things will change in our favour and Calgary will be the dominant force that they established themselves to be during the regular season, this is the way. GO FLAMES GO!!!!!!!
