Secondly, if they wanted a new stadium, maybe they should have thought about it when they had a need for in (Pan-am Games).

Maybe its me, but is that drawing meant to make it look like Wembley? Looks huge, but only supposed to seat 30,000?

Sure, you'll get the annual Guess Who concert for the next 5 years to fill it, and the home opener for the Bombers and a Grey Cup but like every other open air stadium in Canada, it'll sit vacant for 4 or 5 months of the year.

Waste of Federal $$ IMO. Should've spent the $$ from this study on putting 2-3K more seats in the arena, and then they may have a faint faint hope of being an NHL city again one day.
