I’m not conflating that with years prior, but the complete lack of offensive production is a problem. Settling for perimeter play is not going to win these games.

Dallas is the worst team in the playoffs, and through two games we’ve played right into their hands. Dallas is more than happy to let us fire pucks at the net from the point and the boards with how pathetic our net front presence has been. The Flames need to begin dictating the play, not comfortably playing into what Dallas wants.

Hopefully Sutter can get the guys playing the right way tomorrow, because through two games? Nowhere near good enough.
I always find the adjustments interesting.

Between periods, but especially between games.

The Flames get a bounce last night (not saying they deserved one) and have a 2-0 series lead and it's all about what Dallas has to do differently because their slogathon isn't working.

Instead it's on Calgary to break free.

Was never going to be easy, never is ... Nashville with a nobody took Colorado to overtime last night, only two series are 2-0.

I liked Gaudreau's demeanor after the game. "We're fine"

Great ... lets see it!
