My issue is the top right corner of the sill which separating from the rest of the frame. I got a guy coming out tomorrow to see if he can do something about it. I've adjusted at the hinges/moved striker plate almost yearly at this point. There is just too much movement cuz the that corner. Might have to spring for a new door install if this time doesn't work.

Could you just shim it? Get a few wooden shims, take off the door, check the side frames for level and shim the tops so everything is pushed back together, level and aligned?
