I spoke to my ticket rep and that is what he said as well.
It sucks that it was never conveyed, which is absolute bull ####. For folks adding tickets, even what categorized as tiers was never mentioned. I didn’t look at the pricing of the lower rows because it was a safe assumption that they would be more expensive and I wanted to pick up seats before someone else did. There were definitely some available.
The lack of clear communication is so disheartening. That and the fact that they just decided to add a “center” tier to their pricing is making me seriously consider not renewing my seasons for the first time ever. The seats right next to my original seats are considered blue and mine are blue center. A decent difference in pricing for literally seats right next to each other. I seriously never thought I would see such a day.
