Yeah, because we haven't seen the alternative majority opinion that he wrote, tough to say. All I know is that he is
strongly in favour of incremental steps only when changing precedent. I also know that he is currently very worried about the public perception of the court as just another political body, and his legacy as Chief Justice over this disastrous period for the rule of law in the US.
Then there's also the fact that the majority opinion that was leaked is decided on the stupidest possible grounds. Couldn't find abortion mentioned in the constitution? In all 2,600 words written in the 18th century?
