dang this wind the last few days.
It's worthwhile getting out early with the sun despite the cold just to have almost no wind and then hopefully time things and your route so you get a nice tailwind push home.
Still running the heavier-duty "spring" tires to help reduce risk of flats out on the highways and paved backcountry roads.
