I think this kind of a mindset is necessary for our group. In contrast, the '18/19 season has us thinking we would walk all over the Avs with little effort. The boys got cocky and complacent, and paid for it in 5 games. This year's group understands they have accomplished next to nothing in terms of playoff success. You have to work just as hard, if not take it up a notch, from here on out, if you want to make it deep. Regular season stats mean nothing, all we have determined is seeding for the playoffs. I love it, and I am glad Sutter is setting those expectations. Go Flames go!
