But the biggest thing is getting a coach in here that was willing to push buttons and the GM committing to making some personnel changes that would allow the best players to play to their strengths. Without a doubt it helps having a coach that knows what tools he needs in the toolbox. Every GM wants to try and get the shiny new toy that's available, but there is a real benefit to a GM in having a coach that can look at what's out there and say "these guys are who I need to fill these roles".
