Didn't know where to post this article by Francis but I felt the content was rather fitting. While Francis extols the unexpected success of our defense, players like Zadorov, Gudbranson and Kylington are highlighted as they were nice surprises, and Hanifin and Anderson were of course mentioned for being their steady and consistently productive presences on the backend, there is nary a single mention of Chris Tanev in the article. What's the old saying, you know a defenseman has had a good game if he hasn't been noticed?
