we did identify an email from Fehr in 2021 where, in response to initial requests for documents and information from Beach’s lawyer, he observed that he “[didn’t] recall
anything about this” but did “have a memory of something related to sexual or other abuse in
Chicago’s organization.”31 When asked what that email referred to,Fehr told us that he did not
know and does not recall anything on the subject beyond what he described in the email. He
stated: “I don’t remember anything more than something nagging at the back of my mind, but I
