Right now the Flames have a manageable path to the 3rd round. Putting that in jeopardy by throwing tonight's game, just to create a tiny chace of Oilers missing the playoffs, is a silly idea.
I hope the Flames win tonight in regulation, further secure their division title, and drive a steak through the heart of the Golden Payrolls.
