Seriously though, shorted spring training, first outing of the season and injury prone. He did great. I get that we want to see perfect games, but his health is very important to the Dodgers rotation.

Oh no we all get it. But it's again where the new age approach ultimately robs great moments from the sport and part of what makes it so hard to sell to new fans. Like what kinda pitch is "Come watch our sport, where a guy will come within six outs of one of the rarest things in the sport, but his manager won't even give him a chance because pitch count"?
