Movers in the Snow (Expectations)
Hey all,
We did a move a few years back and there was snow and I recall the movers at that time putting down tarp/sheets all throughout the house to ensure our house didn't get muddy.
Fast forward to this time around, when they picked up our stuff they didn't (new company), the place was a rental and thankfully all hardwood floors so we could easily mop everything up.
They're bringing our stuff over tomorrow and of course there's snow, so now I'm worried about things getting dirty. The company is not so great and responding to queries and I'm a bit worried about the crew showing up and the same thing happening as last time, this time around this is a multi-level house with a mix of carpet and hardwood.
What's the protocol here to ensure our floors don't get extremely dirty?
