I cannot think of an ultra intelligent quip to go with this link, but it's news. Not sure if a CNRL/Suncor/Cenovus/etc could afford to take over CNOOC's assets or if this is a way for one of the companies who have dropped assets in Russia to make their way back into the Canadian game....again.
