What are people talking about brake check? There is no brake check here.

Tesla is in his lane, gets cut off by the 4-runner, speeds up and goes around and wants to exit soon so gets back into the middle lane. There is some black Nissan there already and you can see from the initial angle he is catching up to him, so when he moved back to the middle he has to slow down for the black nissan - which is the slowing we see from the rear angle of the video.

He then gets the 4-runner coming up on him and moves over to his exit lane, you can then again see the black Nissan SUV in the middle lane as the 4-runner gets stuck behind it and the Mercedes has to go around it to cut the Tesla off.

The Tesla is 100% of the victim. There isn't a "brake check" there is a slowing down for traffic in front of him.
