Hi all,

I have a house here with a Vista 20P system. The house has all the infrastructure set up (panels, contacts, motion sensors and etc.).

It's not actively monitored and that's not really an interest of mine but what I would love to do is set it up in a way that I can get alerts on my phone should someone come/leave/break contacts and etc.

Another bonus would be being able to turn it on/off from my phone.

Any ideas on how to do this?
