That said, the Oilers have gone on a run like this before at the start of the season. Building momentum by beating up on bad teams and continuing on to beat some good teams.
HDCF% is 80% in favour of the Oilers. They're limiting the Avs chances while getting a ton themselves.
Luckily this is a team that is just as capable of losing the last 10 in a row. Just need a bounce to go the wrong way and they'll collapse like the house of cards that they are.
