The entire purpose of getting a comfortable lead in the standings is that you can rest players and get healthy for the playoffs.
I don't mind that he rode Markstrom to get to this point, but the fact of the matter is that we are going to win the division (or not win the division) regardless of who plays net from here on in. The expected point differential between Markstrom and Vladar, over 5 or 6 Vladar starts, would probably be less than 1 point, so just start Vladar, and let Markstrom have some time off.
I am the biggest Sutter fan on the planet, but if he plays Markstrom 8 or 9 times from here, and Markstrom hits the playoffs tired, that is a fire-able offense, IMO.
