Yeah, I'm surprised people are still wowed by CGI. That shouldn't carry a movie. At this point, I just expect the physical setting of a movie to look real, so I don't blow my load all over the place when a fantastical setting does look real. I was with you in this argument until the bolded. Movies are a visual medium so the look of it is relevant.
I guess only non thinkers go to art galleries.
