It could also be the reason why he's no longer there. They could have mandated him to return to the station in person and he may have made the choice to opt out instead.
Which then you could ask what makes for a better morning show
- Rhett at home, with some audio issues (that I have not really noticed, though I only listen for maybe 20 minutes each morning)
- No Rhett at all, no audio issues.
I think these questions are being wrestled with by many companies.
