The Rock Vicki thing isn't close to comparible.
First of all, she knew it was coming and she was actually cool with it, because it wasn't about her, but her character. She knew how the business works. Plus you look at later interviews with the Rock when he was accused of fat shaming her, and he was very clear about how much she and everyone loved and respected her backstage, but how hated her character was.
Vicki was very cool with it.
