For the people who say Vegas isn't taking advantage of the LTIR loophole - what evidence - short of the league calling them a cheater - would change your mind? Its seems wildly obvious they were trying to take advantage of the loophole.
Its a legal loophole - so bully to them for doing it (even though it is going to backfire on them). But I just don't see how any can be convinced that wasn't their plan all along.
