Point being you can keep guys on LTIR longer than needed if you have to which is basically my only argument.
Vegas has 100M payroll and made no efforts to be cap compliant. If the Dadonov trade went trough another guy would be back today IMO.
I never said they are breaking the rules, just that the rules need to be changed because GMs will take advantage.
