i know in the flames forum there was a thread with the same title but this is for people that actually play sports themselves.

I only really have one that i can think of. I play hockey and before the game starts and we are clearing the pucks from the net after warm-up i always have to take the last puck out of the net and flip it towards bench. If other people still have pucks I always wait for them to pass it towards where the people are picking up the pucks. I have done it for years and I don't even recall why I started to do it but now i just cant stop.

I used to always listen to the same song as i pulled into the parking lot of the arena if i was on a point streak or the team was on a winning streak. I dont really do this one anymore because I carpool with my buddy so it's tough.
